Welcome to Mounto Bricks! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Mounto Bricks Private Limited's Website.

By accessing this website and placing an order, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Mounto Bricks if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

1. Definitions

  • "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person attempting to access this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions.
  • "The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us", refers to our Company, Mounto Bricks Private Limited.
  • "Processing" refers to the preparation of your order for dispatch.

2. Orders and Payments

All orders placed through our website are subject to availability and acceptance.

  • Pricing: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed.
  • Taxes: All prices mentioned are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. GST (currently 18%) will be added at checkout.
  • Payment: We accept payments via Razorpay (UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking). Full payment must be received before dispatch unless credit terms have been agreed upon in writing.

3. Delivery Policy

We strive to deliver materials within the estimated timelines mentioned at checkout.

  • Delivery Area: We primarily deliver within Karnataka. Outstation deliveries may incur additional logistics charges.
  • Site Access: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery site is accessible by heavy vehicles (trucks/tippers). If the vehicle cannot reach the unloading point, materials will be unloaded at the nearest accessible point.
  • Delays: We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure events including but not limited to traffic restrictions, strikes, or severe weather conditions.

4. Breakage and Returns

Due to the nature of construction materials, minor handling breakage (up to 3-5%) is considered industry standard.

  • Inspection: Customers must inspect the materials upon delivery. Any significant damage or discrepancy in quantity must be reported to the driver immediately and noted on the delivery challan.
  • Replacements: Breakage exceeding 5% will be replaced or credited to the customer's account, provided it is verified at the time of unloading.
  • Returns: We do not accept returns of surplus materials once delivered, unless the product is defective.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, Mounto Bricks Private Limited and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Mounto Bricks. All intellectual property rights are reserved.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Mounto Bricks Private Limited, nor any of its officers, directors, and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this website or the products purchased.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Karnataka, India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
